Sweetly Katered specializes in custom-made and freshly prepared desserts. Most of our products are made to order, and availability may vary.
We reserve the right to update, modify, or change these terms at any time without prior notice.
 By using our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental consent to make a purchase.

Ordering & Payments

Orders must be placed through our website, social media, or direct contact.
Payment is required in full before processing your order. We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and online transfers.
Custom orders may require additional processing time.

Order Pick Up

At the moment we only  offer pick up.
For pickups, customers can collect their orders directly from our designated pickup truck at the agreed location and time. Once an order is picked up, Sweetly Katered is not responsible for any damage caused by mishandling or improper storage.

Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or refunds unless there is a confirmed issue with your order.
If you need to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing it. Cancellations after this period may not be eligible for a refund.

Product Information & Allergies

All products are handmade, and slight variations in appearance may occur.
We offer gluten-free and nut-free options; however, our kitchen handles allergens such as nuts, dairy, and gluten. We cannot guarantee the absence of cross-contamination.
It is the customer’s responsibility to review ingredient information before ordering.
